You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with Qlok, Inc.

qati.ai provides an artificial intelligence verification and comparison layer ('Service'). The Service allows users to input prompts, process them through various third-party AI models, and receive enhanced, verified outputs alongside raw outputs for comparison purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the text, prompts, and other content you upload or submit to the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

Artificial intelligence is inherently probabilistic and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. You acknowledge that outputs should not be relied upon as absolute truth, and you are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any generated content.

You may not use the Service for any high-risk or high-consequence use cases, including but not limited to medical diagnoses, legal counsel, critical infrastructure operations, or any scenario where failure could result in death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage.

Our Service integrates with various third-party AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Your use of the Service is also subject to the respective terms of service and acceptable use policies of these underlying providers.

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, or abusive content. Prohibited uses include generating malware, facilitating fraud, disseminating hate speech, violating intellectual property rights, or reverse engineering the Service.

Access to the Service may be subject to usage limits (such as prompt quotas or token limits) based on your selected plan. We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend access if your usage significantly exceeds intended limits or degrades system performance.

Paid features of the Service require a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the conclusion of your current billing period.

Due to the computational costs of operating the Service, all payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion, such as in cases of prolonged technical failure, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes to your active subscription will apply only after reasonable prior notice, typically taking effect at your next renewal cycle.

The Service, including its proprietary verification algorithms, branding, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of Qlok, Inc. and its licensors. You are granted no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of third-party model providers, Qlok, Inc. assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the specific outputs generated by the Service in response to your prompts.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into our products without compensation to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if we are required to do so by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QLOK, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qlok, Inc., its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qlok, Inc. concerning your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Service following such posting constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
